Of course, we’ve been continuing to search for the most ideal new members to join the team in order to provide further strategic guidance and support. So today, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve found the right person who best aligns with our vision!
Introducing Jogundas
Jogundas Armaitis is the newest advisor to join the Lossless team, coming from Lithuania — welcome aboard!
He will be advising us on product strategy, including the incentive structure of the project, making sure that Lossless works well for the whole community. Jogundas brings in extensive expertise from his previous experience in the artificial intelligence and scientific research fields.
He currently serves as a board member of the Artificial Intelligence Association of Lithuania, where he advocates for better use of data through community building.
Recently, Dr. Armaitis stepped down from Oxipit, a leader in AI medical imaging. He co-founded Oxipit and served as its COO until 2021, leading the product strategy of the company among other duties there.
Before that, Jogundas was a theoretical physics research scientist and worked in the field of quantum gases. His research activities extended across multiple different universities in The Netherlands, Italy, and Lithuania.
Jogundas is extremely passionate about innovative and breakthrough technologies in crypto, and has been actively involved in these discussions since 2011.
The team here at Lossless welcomes him with open arms! We’re excited to work with him and leverage his abilities to create an even brighter future for our project.
