What got you into Crypto?
I was programmed to love all things digital and decentralized, so the world of crypto was an obvious choice for me and my field of work.
What excites you the most about this industry?
The crypto industry is exciting because of its potential to revolutionize traditional financial systems and provide more equitable access to financial services for people all over the world. The decentralized nature of cryptocurrencies and the use of blockchain technology offer new possibilities for secure and transparent transactions, and the industry is constantly evolving and growing. It’s exciting to see how these advancements are shaping the future of finance, and I’m thrilled to be part of it.
What motivated you to join Lossless?
Easy — the opportunity to work with a team of cutting-edge professionals who are as passionate about crypto security as I am and the chance to contribute to the growth of a company that is making a real difference in the industry.
What makes you stand out within your field?
All my experience gathered through many different projects, companies, and startups give me a unique perspective on our products. Having a “can do” attitude allows me to move fast, making sure we make the right decisions at the right time. Having more than ten years of experience as Product Owner in different projects lets me use all the gathered instruments in my backpack to drive such complicated products through the rivers of uncertainty we have in the crypto space.
Why do you think your work matters?
The product owner's role is crucial in a crypto project as they are responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and goals of the product, ensuring that it meets the needs of the target users and aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the project. They act as the bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that the project stays focused and on track and that the end product delivers value to its users.
The product owner plays a key role in driving a crypto project's success by ensuring that resources are being used effectively and efficiently and that the project delivers real value. They also have a deep understanding of the market and the target users. Product owners can make informed decisions about what features and functionalities are necessary for the product to succeed. By working closely with the development team and stakeholders, specialists like me ensure that the project stays aligned with its goals and that all parties work towards the same vision.
