Lossless Development Update: April

2 min readApr 12, 2022

We’re super close! Only 2 days left until we launch the Lossless Core Protocol live — first on Ethereum’s mainnet, then on BNB Chain, Polygon, Harmony, Avalanche, and Fantom. As we do every month, we’ve prepared a development update for you to keep up with all the tech work that has been done since it’s not just the Lossless Protocol the team is working on simultaneously.

Lossless Protocol

  • As planned and announced, we first launched the protocol’s smart contracts and its UI on Ropsten and Rinkeby testnets on the 31st of March to make sure everything is operating smoothly.
  • We completed the platform’s bug fixes and optimizations.
  • Some Lossless subgraph improvements and fixes were made on The Graph.

Lossless testnet faucet

  • A faucet was launched on faucet.lossless.cash where people willing to test our smart contracts and UI were able to claim test $LSS tokens and try generating hack reports as well as staking on them.

Vault Protection

  • Minor Vault Protection (vault.lossless.cash) UI bug fixes to improve the experience of users.

What awaits on the 14th of April is the launch of Lossless Protocol. No more testnets — we’re going live on the mainnet. Then our team will work on adding the remaining chains we support, not just Ethereum.

Are you excited? Because we definitely are!
